Deliveries and returns

A. What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs for delivery to the UK and Ireland are included in the prices mentioned on our website (unless otherwise stated).

For deliveries to other countries, please contact us.

Express delivery is available for most items.

B. Which carriers do you use?

This depends on the item ordered, and especially on the factory that will send your package. We use several carriers such as FedEx, UPS or DHL.

C. What is the delivery time?

Standard shipments take about 1 week.

Express shipments take 24 or 48 hours to be delivered.

D. Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

If it is clearly a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item as soon as possible.

Please note that it is not possible to return a custom-made item, except in the case of a production error!
