• Knitted scarves are made using pre-dyed stock yarns.
• You must choose from a fixed colour palette (we’ll provide the options).
• The number of colours is limited. No gradients or shading.
• Use solid colours with clear contrast.

🪢 2. Each Stitch = One Colour

• Each stitch is one loop of yarn — and one colour.
• Frequent colour changes can cause defects.
• Curves appear stepped due to the knitting process.
• Complex designs and fine details may not be suitable.

📏 3. Think in Stitches, Not Pixels

• HD scarves have ~1,000 stitches in length and 250 in width.
• We do not accept rasterised pixel-based designs.
• Your design must fit scarf dimensions and be interpretable for knitting.
• Samples are the only way to confirm accuracy (sample production is paid).

🖼 4. Use Our Examples as a Guide

• Find examples on our website.
• Avoid small fonts, photo-realistic graphics, thin outlines.
• Bold text, filled logos, geometric shapes work best.
• Avoid placing key elements too close to scarf edges.

⚠️ 5. We Can’t Convert or “Fix” Complex Designs

• We cannot convert raster images into knit-ready files.
• We can advise, but accuracy is only confirmed with a sample.
• For high-detail images, consider a printed scarf instead.
